start working on discovery for http agent

introduce nc_quota metrics + improvements to dashboard layout

templates use active checks as item type; start tracking the ZFS template

introduce discovery to get the largest db tables dynamically; size of tables reported in MB instead of kB; rename the config files to avoid confusion with other scopes
